Great service. When I called to ask questions they could be more helpful. Quick delivery, faster than I was quoted. The kiln is great with clear set up instructions and good preset programming, ideal for a beginner, but opportunities to set your own when I get more confident.

Great selection of products,I love their vitraclay white stoneware clay. Good selection of glazes and tools and often the best prices around. Also they've had products I've not seen elsewhere.

Have used them a few times now and I've not been disappointed with the service. The free delivery over £60 is a great deal.
