Great service. When I called to ask questions they could be more helpful. Quick delivery, faster than I was quoted. The kiln is great with clear set up instructions and good preset programming, ideal for a beginner, but opportunities to set your own when I get more confident.

Great selection of products,I love their vitraclay white stoneware clay. Good selection of glazes and tools and often the best prices around. Also they've had products I've not seen elsewhere.

Hot clay were able to supply us with the kiln of our choice at the most competitive price. The item was made to order and HotClay acted as ‘broker’ between us and KilnCare (the manufacturer) and kept us informed of progress with the order. The kiln was delivered safely to our home.

Coloured slips are great quality but wish they weren’t in white opaque pots, very hard to find what you need on the shelf when all the pots look the same
