Great company with super quick delivery options, my only complaint is that there is not enough choice of glazes! Other competitors don't deliver anywhere near as quick and I would order glaze here constantly if there was more choice. Otherwise amazing for clay selection and delivery 😊

Always use Hot Clay for my consumerbles, the free postage over £60 is a no brainier to go anywhere else. Plus I’m addicted to Sibelco Scandi.

I phoned the company to ask some advice as I am a novice and not sure about things. The lady I spoke to was patient, kind, informative and really, really helpful. So lovely to speak to a human being. The products arrived swiftly, well packaged. Everything I have ordered has been great quality, absolutely happy with everything!

A good choice of products at competitive prices. All products are well package and quickly despatched at a very good flat rate delivery charge. My only suggestion for improvement would be the reinstatement of a Wishlist function for registered customers.

When I woke up to snow on the delivery day, I was wondering when it would be rescheduled for. I was surprised when the phone rang at 8.30 and the truck was just around the corner. The kiln was placed just where we wanted. Very happy with my new kiln and the easy set up

First started using Hot Clay last year when I bought my kiln, really helpful, great advice. Now starting using their vitraglaze glazes, service and delivery and communication has always been reliable and quick. Also keen to reduce my carbon footprint which fits with these glazes.

I'm sure I already reviewed but I am happy to repeat, I bought and had purchased for me for my birthday a large selection of coloured slips which are all great, I haven't fired them yet so I can't say how true the colours are but from previous times of using slip they look like they will be good
