I ordered a slab roller months ago, I was away when it could have been delivered. Hot clay held onto it for me, they were so pleasant to deal with, and delivered it at a later time and at my convenience. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend hot clay.

Excellent service!! I ordered 3 items from Hot Clay. 2 arrived but one was ‘lost’ by Royal Mail. Hot clay’s response was excellent. They dealt with royal mail and gave compensation for late delivery and made sure I received my tongs. I really appreciated the care and response given by Hot Clay. Good advice and flexibility when I wished to change my original choice of wheel. Couple of mix ups re original delivery date (think this could have been carrier related rather than Hot Clay) and also kiln exhaust adapter but great communication throughout and issues quickly resolved.

I’ve been taking pottery classes for a couple of years now but this is the first time I’ve bought my own glazes. Your website is easy to navigate, you have a great selection of glazes to choose from and your sample sets are perfect for trying different products before committing to a larger pot. The glazes were also packed really well so no need to worry about damage in transit

Bought a kiln from hot clay, excellent customer experience from start to finish. Called in store to view kilns ,chatted to knowledgeable staff and happy with choice. Delighted that the kiln was delivered the same week! Delivery driver was excellent, even bringing the kiln to the top of my driveway on his trolley, the only thing stopping him bringing it in further was my side gate was too narrow for the pallet to fit through.
Would recommend hog clay to anyone buying a kiln and free delivery saves on average £100
