Bought a kiln from hot clay, excellent customer experience from start to finish. Called in store to view kilns ,chatted to knowledgeable staff and happy with choice. Delighted that the kiln was delivered the same week! Delivery driver was excellent, even bringing the kiln to the top of my driveway on his trolley, the only thing stopping him bringing it in further was my side gate was too narrow for the pallet to fit through.
Would recommend hog clay to anyone buying a kiln and free delivery saves on average £100

Absolutely lovely company to buy from. Hot Clay has excellent customer service, good prices, and a really great range of materials. I especially love the Sibelco clays, particularly the black clay, which has become one of my favourites to work with.

Great service from Hotclay on my recent visit there. The showroom is relatively small, but the help and advice was excellent.
They do quite a few different products, compared to other Pottery Suppliers in this area.

I am on the beginning of my new Ceramic journey since I studied in the 80's. I loved working in clay then but so much has changed since particularly the technology! The Hot Clay team, the products they stock and the service they provide fires me on ('scuse the pun) to keep going. My new Eco 60 kiln was delivered effortlessly exactly to my time schedule...I haven't fired it yet but I know they will be there as back-up support if I need it.... Thanks guys!

Great service. When I called to ask questions they could be more helpful. Quick delivery, faster than I was quoted. The kiln is great with clear set up instructions and good preset programming, ideal for a beginner, but opportunities to set your own when I get more confident.
