The Team
Hot Clay is part of Warm Glass UK, which has been trading since 2005 and is the largest UK retailer of quality glass fusing supplies. In 2017 Hot Clay launched its own dedicated pottery supplies website to serve the ceramics community.
We aim to be the best resource for those beginning with pottery; offering simple, clear products and advice. Now potters and ceramicists can benefit from the same high quality of products, backed by excellent customer service, that made Warm Glass become the number one choice for glass artists. Based near Bristol, UK, we deliver all over the UK, Europe and beyond.
In 2022 we were over the moon to be given our B Corp certification.

We are here to help those new to pottery. We understand that the choices for the beginner can seem a little overwhelming. That’s why we are here to help you on the phone or in person when you need us.

We have also created the Knowledge Base, a free online resource to help all new potters get the most out of this fantastic craft. We will grow this resource over time so keep checking back to see what’s new.
Quality Kilns
We stock the best quality kilns from Nabertherm, Rohde and Kilncare.
Our in-house Technical Coordinator is on hand if you have any questions or need advice, not just before you buy, but for however long you need it.
We also have a number of pottery kilns on display in our showroom if you want to take a look in person. Please check our opening times before you travel.
