Ideal for hand-building

The clay is sold as non-firing body.

From our experience, the clay behaves much like regular school clay. It is highly plastic and cuts crisply. We would still encourage the hollowing out of insides and keeping wares to a sensible thickness (25mm) to reduce drying stress cracks. If your ware is large, you might slow the drying by use of plastic coverings in certain areas to achieve a uniform drying.

Store the clay in a cool dark place. As the ingredients are organic sunlight and warmth might produce mould.

We also encourage using the clay within a short time frame.
