The elements are sold as complete sets. These are genuine Nabertherm elements, pins/staples and some ceramic fibre as padding.
To ensure that you are ordering the correct elements for your kiln, please select your model from the list and upload a picture of your kiln serial plate when placing the order. This can be found at the rear of your kiln; a sample is shown above.
If you require further assurance, please send an image of your serial plate to us at info@hot-clay.co.uk to make sure you have the right set for your kiln.

The elements are a challenge to install. Although the video guide is very helpful, it is a challenge to stay bent over for an extended period trying to get the pins in and there is no guidance on the tools needed. The tools are not ones typically lying around the house so hard to source.
