Having a heat gun when assembling forms and shapes is advantageous, speeding up the hand building process as you will be able to handle clay without distortion. With large structures and sculpture, it will aid engineering strength, allowing constructions to be built quicker.
The Bosch heat gun is equipped with three temperature settings, one for cold and two for different heats, so it can be sensitive to the needs of the clay. A useful feature is that it can be stood on its end, keeping the hot nozzle upward after use, making it perfect and safer for the desk bound jobs.
