This is the most traditional method for throwing, some say, it is the only way as it, provides a better throwing experience. Modern electric wheels spin too fast meaning the pots de-water quicker thus creating problems in the throwing. When seated you generate the momentum by moving the heavy flywheel with your foot which will power your wheel, when spinning you can put your feet on the foot rests. If you have a shed or out-house that is far from an electrical supply then this could be for you. It also has the advantage of being a simple mechanical design that will last you many years, not needing spare electrical components to be replaced.

The wheel comes with a 2-year warranty (1st year parts and labour, 2nd year parts only).
Do not use extension cables with this product.
*The warranty covers replacement parts which fail without fault or misuse by the user. Failed parts must be returned to Hot Clay before replacements are sent. Brent or Hot Clay will not pay shipping for the return of the failed part, but we will pay for the shipping of the replacement part.
This applies only to goods sold within the UK. For other countries, the warranty only covers parts and not shipping.
