*The warranty covers replacement parts which fail without fault or misuse by the user. Failed parts must be returned to Hot Clay before replacements are sent. BTH or Hot Clay will not pay shipping for the return of the failed part, but we will pay for the shipping of the replacement part.

This applies only to goods sold within the UK. For other countries, the warranty only covers parts and not shipping.

Delivery is an all day service between 9 am and 5 pm on your nominated day unless requested otherwise. If you require a timed (AM/PM) or dedicated day (Saturday/Sunday) delivery this will incur a surcharge.
• If you are in a remote location or have restricted access and require specialist vehicle, please be aware that this may incur a surcharge.
