A very precise version of a 'batik pen' often used in ceramics for a drawn or written style of glaze or lustre application.
The small reservoir will allow constant refilling of liquids, which will maintain a fluid state.

Includes a handy fine needle for easy-cleaning of hole that screws into the holder.
