Spectrum’s mending paste is a ceramic slip which when applied to either bisque or greenware, and fired to earthenware or stoneware temperatures will harden for a permanent fix.
Method
Cover both broken surfaces using a brush, hold together allowing the slip to dry and harden. Then fire to the appropriate temperature.
Non-toxic and lead free, therefore suitable for dinnerware.
The mending paste is recommended for temperatures up to 1240 (cone 6).
