This item comes with a 10-year warranty*.

*The warranty covers replacement parts which fail without fault or misuse by the user. Failed parts must be returned to Hot Clay before replacements are sent. Durston or Hot Clay will not pay shipping for the return of the failed part, but we will pay for the shipping of the replacement part.

This applies only to goods sold within the UK. For other countries, the warranty only covers parts and not shipping.

• Due to the recent global launch, lead times have increased to 4 weeks for slab rollers, wheels and the cast stool. Wedging tables have a current lead time of 1 week.
• This wedging table and other products of Durston Pottery Tools are usually kept in stock in their warehouse ready for immediate dispatch. *Additions like custom colour or other stock colours will extend the lead time slightly.
• We are pleased to offer free delivery to Mainland UK destinations*.

• Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider you may need help to situate the wheel.
• When ordering the table, please state any access requirements at the delivery address in the special instructions.
• Upon dispatch of the table, our team will be in touch to book a delivery day that is convenient for you. Delivery is an all day service between 9 am and 5 pm on your nominated day unless requested otherwise. If you require a timed (AM/PM) or dedicated day (Saturday/Sunday) delivery this will incur a surcharge.
• If you are in a remote location or have restricted access and require specialist vehicle, please be aware that this may incur a surcharge.
• Custom delivery can be provided at an additional cost, although this can be very expensive. We may be able to help with advice and quotes using specialist logistical companies.
