CB Compact Balances
Both the CB 501 and the CB 3000 are great for schools and colleges, smaller glaze-making tasks including testing small quantities and as an auxiliary balance for a busy studio. Key features are easy to clean, easy to read, a low battery level indicator and a backlit display.
It is powered by batteries (AA), but you can also opt for a power adapter. To ensure accurate readings, the balances can be levelled by adjusting the feet and by viewing the built-in level indicator. These balances come with a 2-year warranty.

Latitude LBX Compact Bench Scales
This is the scale we recommend for a small studio or craft business. It has all the same features as Compact Balances, but instead of replaceable batteries, it can be recharged using a USB cord and plug; each charge will power the scale for 240 hours. Another useful aid is the audible sound when you have reached your set preset limit. This scale comes with a 3-year warranty.

CPWplus Bench and Floor Scales
As these are platform scales, you can easily fit a large bucket for larger glaze/clay weighing. Ideal for working professional potters, colleges and studio cooperatives. The scale will sit on the floor with the visual display on a higher surface. It comes with an internal rechargeable battery, but AA batteries can be used as well, making it portable. This scale comes with a 3-year warranty.
