A mix of flux ingredients bonded with silica and aluminium.

Primarily, it contains a lot of sodium and a little potassium as the flux part. It can be used for both earthenware and stoneware glazes, although it begins to melt at low temperatures. Often used in raku glazes.
Recommended Firing window: 860°C +
