The burner is made from cast iron, which, although very robust and durable, could be prone to rust, so keep it dry. This burner produces a greater flame but with proportionally quieter noise than the Segas burner.

Technical Specifications
  • The burner has a fine brass needle hole with a flame retention feature within a single casting.
  • Flame failure protection has also been added.
  • Along a ½ ‘’ American IPT thread a shutter moves to adjust air flow.
  • At the end of the burner is a NPTT to BSPT adapter, with various reducers to allow a NPT isolation tap which ends in a 3/8’’ BSPM left-hand thread.
  • The hose is 3m long and armoured with overbraid, and crimped 3/8’’ BSPF swivels at each end.
  • 0.5 to 2 bar variable pressure gas regulator complete with pressure gauge (manometer) and a POL fitting for connection to the bottle, which is a 3/8’’ BSPM left-hand thread.

Don’t forget to tighten the nut and test all joins with a leak detection liquid.
