Product Information

Size: 200ml brush-on liquid glaze.

Remove the glaze from the pot, stir and agitate the glaze in a larger container. Make sure all the material is mixed thoroughly. Whilst keeping the glaze moving, dip the brush and hold sideways, to keep the material evenly distributed, then apply using confident dabs, move the liquid around and work quickly and smoothly. 1 to 3 applications could be needed so allow to dry between coverings.

Firing Range

Stable between 1020°C to 1060°C (Cone 06 to Cone 04), but can be fired up to 1100ºC (Cone 03).

Working Notes

When Fired up to 1100ºC, the glaze tends to brown as pictured in the second photo.

Apply 1-2 times for more green content.

Apply 2-3 times for a high brown content.

Health & Safety

Lead-free

When cleaning up after using brush-ons, there may be residual dust, which can be a hazard. Clean up with a damp sponge, wearing an FFP3/P3 mask and filter.

Stunning glaze

Fires a gorgeous matte. Rich colour and flecks of dark earthy greens. I did 3 layers on Vitraglaze Earthenware. Applies very smooth and was able to water down too if needed. Fired to 1050C with 30 min hold. I want to use it on everything!
