Botz Earthenware Glaze: Coral Red 9607

Size: 200ml brush-on liquid glaze.

Remove the glaze from the pot, stir and agitate the glaze in a larger container. Make sure all the material is mixed thoroughly. Whilst keeping the glaze moving, dip the brush and hold sideways, to keep the material evenly distributed, then apply using confident dabs, move the liquid around and work quickly and smoothly. 3 to 4 applications could be needed so allow to dry between coverings.

Stable between 1020°C to 1060°C (Cone 06 to Cone 04).

Glaze breaks to have white edges.

Works best when applied thickly.

Produces more orange colours at low temperatures.

Suitable in raku, producing a gloss finish.

Great effects with BOTZ 9606 irregularly painted over.

Suitable for food bearing surfaces.
