Tin Oxide

Use from 4% to 7% in a transparent glaze. If you fire a ware with chrome at the same time as firing a glaze using tin, the white might become slightly pink. It is more expensive than other opacifiers, but it is more powerful.

Considered a nuisance dust; therefore, we recommend wearing an FFP3/P3 Mask. Keep working areas free of dust by cleaning up with a damp sponge.
