Usually good price and obviously quick free delivery. Although recently I've found cheaper clays including postage.

So easy to order online. My order was ready to pick up next day. Super quick!
Great products from what I’ve purchased so far and good advice along the way
My current foray away from pottery studio classes is Raku - initial firing using a microwave
Used their vitra clays, Raku glazes which come out well and just started with vitra stoneware glazes for functional items but not fired these yet
Purchases always packaged well and arrive within a few days
Great products at reasonable prices and fantastic service
As a beginner, I’d have liked a few instructions in the box with my sample glazes.
Quick efficient ,worth getting to 60 pounds for free postage ,as i ordered a few things individually first being a novice ,so my fault
The pre mix glaze had settled to the bottom so it was quite hard to mix togeather again ,a bit more than a stir. I did email them re some information ,and the reply came quickly and vary informative
Great range of products online , easy to order, well priced and quick delivery .
Nice small buckets, and the test sieve is very helpful for small quantities. Well packed. As usual a good experience with Hot Clay.
Absolutely wonderful experience ordering from hot clays. Thank you.
Very fast delivery to Berlin, thanxxx a lot.Very good Quality!
Will definately be buying more from Hot Clay. Super quick delivery and well packaged. Thank you
Excellent sample glaze packs. A brilliant way to start the ball rolling on glazing without too much expense. Have tried the earthenware sample pack and raku set for microwave pottery and they work brilliantly.
Pleasurable shopping experience most items in stock and a very helpful back up team for any info needed
Good, quick delivery. Items packaged well in box, however the box it came in seemed a bit big for the item I got. Quality of product seems high, but not yet seen how glaze looks out the kiln but will find out soon.
