Controller pre-set programs (B500 and C540):
- Normal biscuit firing -> 950°c
- Slow biscuit firing -> 950°c
- Glaze firing -> 1050°c
- Glaze firing -> 1150°c
- Glaze firing -> 1250°c
There is an option to upgrade to the C540 controller. The C540 has the same functions as the B500 but the larger memory means you can store 10 programs with 20 segments each. Just select the C540 Controller Upgrade at the bottom of the page to add this to your basket (only available with the purchase of a Nabertherm kiln).
Kiln Furniture Set (Optional):
Complete your kiln with the optional shelf kit, designed specifically for the Nabertherm Top 130, 160 and 190 kilns.
The set contains:
- 5 x Shelves (520mm diameter x 15mm thick)
- 9 x 50mm Props
- 9 x 100mm Props
- Each kiln shelf will fit 24 standard mugs (8cm dia. x 9cm high) for glaze firing. Three shelves of mugs will fit in the kiln:

36 Month Manufacturer's Guarantee:
Nabertherm provides for a guarantee on the furnace function with respect to standard industrial use as well as on spare parts for 36 months starting from the day of delivery. Wear and tear parts (including thermocouple and elements) or damaged parts due to improper use as well as damages due to interaction between furnace components and charge are excluded from the guarantee. The warranty period for repair and service jobs is 6 months.

This kiln is available as single phase or 3-phase. In the UK the majority of homes have a single phase supply (the standard three wires: live, neutral and earth). 3-phase supplies (five wires) are usually only found in industrial or commercial settings, so please check which connection type you require before ordering. Please see the specifications below.
The 1-phase model does not come with a power cable or plug. The kiln must be wired into the wall by a qualified electrician.
The 3-phase model will require the appropriate plug socket, which will need to be wired in by a qualified electrician if not already installed. Please check that a 3-phase connection is available before purchasing the kiln.
