Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Your safety is incredibly important to us. We've been taking measures to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and to help protect you and our staff.

To our ceramics community, 

With the second lockdown in the UK taking place on the 5th January 2021, we want to reassure you again that we're here for you.

Our website is open and we are well stocked, so you can order with confidence and stay creative.

Our priority is to help keep you and our staff safe, so we have important measures in place:

• We have closed our Resource Centre and we're unable to offer Click & Collect until further notice.
• All orders are being packed under an extensive cleaning regime.
• All staff are following up-to-date government advice, including routine handwashing, avoiding unessential contact/travel and will self-isolate if symptoms show in their households.
• Our couriers, DPD and Royal Mail, have strict cleaning policies for the drivers, depots and offices.
• You can ask the driver to sign for delivery if you wish to avoid contact, or request that your parcel is left in a safe place.

These policies will help keep you and our staff protected, whilst ensuring our team can continue offering you the best possible service. We thank you for your support and understanding and we're wishing all of you and your families good health.
